Philosophy

In land development, as with most all things, there are a multitude of approaches that can be taken to achieve a stated objective and desired outcome. And while there is generally no “best” or “one size fits all” approach for a successful project, I have, over the decades, observed a common trend among unsuccessful projects and missed objectives. That observation is; big egos practicing zero-sum tactics over sustained periods tend to undermine the effectiveness of the best laid plans and approaches.
